  • Overhauled digital marketing plans, resulting in awareness and engagement metrics out-performing external agencies by 30%.

  • Grew team from 5 to 17 highly adept professionals, restructured multiple teams into one, mentored designers/creative, and delivered excellent creative insights, elevating team creative output.

  • Effectively designed an innovative process to enhance content development through a cutting-edge content management system and digital asset management processes.

  • Drove brand awareness for Sundown Vitamins by effectively targeting users aged 25-44 with “Clean Doesn’t Have to Cost More” digital media campaign, yielding +28% ad recall and +68% YOY engagement.

  • Lead Creative on Post Cereals, actively contributed to campaigns for Honey Bunches of Oats including returning prominent cereal icon, Diane, to tell cereal stories as part of a documentary-style campaign. 

  • Attained recognition for developing Global Centennial Showcase for Columbia Business School and Dean Hubbard, yielding improved engagement with alumni, supporting aggregate $1B in donations to the school, and furthering 3.7% increase in admissions.

Delivered excellent leadership for defining scope of 360 Hot Pockets campaigns as lead agency while working with partner agencies. Critically furthered crucial Wendy’s campaigns including a new campaign featuring “Red,” which was the most successful campaign since the passing of Dave Thomas.

Associate Creative Director, Hill Holiday, Boston | 2008 - 2012

Partnered with Dunkin’ Donuts to create the “What are you drinking?” campaign and collaborated with franchisees to implement the multichannel campaign in local media. Effectively headed Chili’s “Create a Pepper” commercial in furtherance of cancer research, which raised $8.8M for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
